Fits our Brute trash can perfectly and keeps the can protected from the elements outside. It does the job it was designed for. Make sure you check your can for how many gallons it is to guarantee it will fit.

The wind blew away the lid on my old Roughneck Rubbermaid trash can. This replacement lid fit perfectly, and since the order had two, I now have a spare. Do measure first and make sure your trashcan has a 22-inch diameter!

Fits my bin, is durable, and price was fine. One issue is it is a bit warped, which does not allow a proper close to my liking. This might be okay for certain applications, but what I use the bin for (shredded cardboard storage for composting) I worry contents might get wet.

In comparison to the original lid, this one is thicker and closes tighter. Should have no problems with critters trying to tip the garbage can and pop the lid off.
