Rubber Cal's "Ramp-Cleat's" are 36" wide rubber ramp mats that offer great traction with their corrugations and protrusions running widthwise. This rubber floor mat is available in an assortment of lengths to meet the needs of a variety of applications. The no-slip mats are designed with a surface pattern to help consumers maintain traction regardless of any debris or wetness that may be present. Having textured rubber flooring keeps foot traffic safe while maximizing comfort. Since the corrugations run widthwise on this anti-slip matting, it is well suited for applications that have an incline, such as ramps, boat docks, and temporary walkways. Installation and removal can be done without difficulty by using a double-sided carpet tape, making these long rubber door mats moveable when needed. The fabric-based finish also adds subsurface traction that keeps the rubber floor mat's bottom surface secure while in use. This non-slip rubber flooring is made from SBR to help create a completely watertight surface, with moderate chemical resistance. It can be easily cleaned with most common household cleaners, but highly caustic solutions such as bleach are not recommended. The widthwise corrugations are what make this traction rubber work so well in transient locations where there may be heavy foot traffic. Pretty thick rubber that has ribs. I used part of the roll for floor mats in my Landmaster SxS. Easy to cut and isn't too stiff or limp. Stays on the floor without bunching or wanting to curl. Probably going to use it on my tractors too on the areas that get worn or get scuff marks where I have to keep painting the area to keep it from rusting.

I have a steep, crappy , broken pavers walkway on side of house. I tossed some gravel around pavers to sort of level out. Then i rolled these over the mess and screwed down to earth. I has been 6 months with no wear. My one a year tree cutting crew came by and 4 guys dragged cut bushes down them all day, no problem.

I bought these because I had a ramp installed off my deck for my aging dog and one that was having a hip replaced. The angle was just steep enough that they couldn't get great traction. They arrived fine. They are VERY heavy, but I was able to get them where I needed them. They unrolled perfectly. They give incredible traction. My dogs don't hesitate to go up and down the ramps now. I have had them on for almost four months and they are holding up great. I took one star for two reasons. First, the smell. They are rubber and boy do they stink, for about a month. Second, the first HEAVY frost in the area caused them to loose all traction. Without realizing this would happen, I let my dogs out as normal, only to watch them slide down the ramps. It created a dangerous situation. They got zero traction. I have purchased paw safe salt for the next time this happens and am hoping it doesn't destroy the mats. Because of the steepness of the top part, it does develop a small bulge, but that isn't the mats fault. All said and done, I'd buy them again.

This was a perfect fit for her ramp and she says she feels more secure going up and down. The painted wood could get slippery if wet even with sand mixed in. She loves it!

I put this on a ramp I use to take my dogs out. I have slipped down this ramp on several occasions during rain, but have luckily not hurt myself too badly. I had my doubts when I got the mat, but decided to try it. IT WORKS! I can go down the ramp in the rain, after a large rain after light snow! I have kicked my feet a little and it has held. I haven't come close to slipping since I put it down. I highly recommend this product!

These were fresh from the factory. I could smell it. I had to trim it to fit my need, and it cut like butter. That's how I know my product was fresh. I never had time to sit and deteriorate in a warehouse. When it rained, some of the factory oils pooled and rinsed off. I wish I hadn't seen that. A bit of unwanted factory pollution came coated over the product. Hopefully that was the only time it does that.

Replacement for small dog ramp, the ribs work great for our dog to grip her paws to walk up the ramp. It is very hard to clean, almost have to remove the mat each time and scrub over the wash basin. It was easy to cut to fit our ramp, however the smell of chemicals is overwhelming and gave me horrible headaches, sneezing, watery eyes, we basically had to throw it out and use something different. After a month the smell of harsh chemicals were just as strong as the day it was received.We have washed it with soap and water, dawn dish detergent, sprayed cologne, air freshener and nothing seem to help remove the harsh chemicals. I have since taken to my wood shop where the smell still remains as strong among all the other odors related to woodworking.It would have been the perfect solution with the ribs for our aging dog to grip with her paws. However the harsh chemicals made my eyes water, sneezing, severe headaches and a odor that lingers in the air 24 hours a day.Odor is still as strong as the day I received it even after putting it in the wood shop.I personally would not recommend this to be used inside a home with a closed environment. I feel it should be used as a outdoor door mat other than it very hard to clean the grooves.

I have no idea why auto manufacturers continue to unholster car interiors with carpeting. It's a dirt magnet.I bought this to use to line the floor of my van. It's thin enough that it lies flat easily and can be cut to shape. The grooves capture dirt, sand, whatever and keep it from finding its way into the corner and nooks of the interior.I cut it in such a way that it lies over the trim at the door edge so that dirt won't collect under the trim edges. Now I can easily sweep debris out of the van.The only downside is the smell which I expect will disappear over time. For now, it's worth the inconvenience.

The smell from the product is so rank that even an outdoor application can not be tolerated. I would love to get my money back but I left it in the box longer than the 30 days allowed for a return. Once I opened the box, it just about knocked me out. I moved it to the outdoors, but the smell persists to this day. I selected a one star rating but would have preferred a zero star, but could not submit this review with a zero star rating.
