Just opened the box and found a small hole. I'm going to see if they are still waterproof. Hopefully the hole is superficial. They are heavier than my other pair but that's because of the steel toe. They are as comfortable as any other pair I've had.UPDATE: The company read my review and offered a full refund. I didn't message them or anything. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I'm changing my rating.

I wear a size 11 and the Amazon site recommends 11.5 which they didn’t have, but the 11 are just fine . I wasn’t sure about the steel toe because of the added weight, the boots are comfortable. I work inside so I am not out in the weather, I do power wash a lot and my feet stay warm and dry

Size was correct great fit. I did add an extra insole. Great warm boots with wool socks.

Purchase these boots from my husband and he is so very pleased with them. They fit great in a very durable. They comfort and waterproof better than more expensive brands.
