Great for curls or any pulling movements, but for any pressing movements not so good because the rubber material is too far from your wrist joint or lower palm area so u cannot stack your joints when u try to porduce optimal pressing force..

I got an IG ad showing these from another brand and cost was $40! I ran to Amazon and of course they didn’t disappoint. These work great and I don’t feel my wrist straining and having to weirdly balance weights during a shoulder press. I’m a fan!

My 16yo son has a loft bed and attached a pair of gym rings to the underside, and then uses these grips over those plastic rings. He said these are comfortable and work great! They are a medium weight plastic and there are no seams or other such things that are uncomfortable. He doesn't always use them, but when he does, they work well.

Better off with the grip of my hands. When you are sweating from working out my hands slide off faster than without them.

----------------UPDATE 1/14/24------------------So the seller obviously took note of reviews mentioning the exorbitant price being charged for these. So I'm seeing they've dropped from $40 when I received them to now $20. That's a much fairer price. I think they're totally worth the $20 👍------------------------------------------------------These really are very good -- and unique as far as I know. I've been lifting weights for almost 30 years and I've never seen anything like these so I had to try them. And I must say, they're cool.Regarding size: They're a little on the large side so if you have pretty small hands then these may not be suitable. My hands are on the larger end of average for men (not large, but bigger than average) and these feel like they could be a tiny bit smaller to be perfect. In terms of their functionality: They provide excellent cushioning. They also allow for a very sturdy grip after a little bit of practice. Personally, I like to wedge them just a little under the bar and then I let the bar roll back and nestle itself into the arch of the grips. This puts the bar exactly where I like it in my hands and makes it so the grips wrap themselves around the bar just right. And as for miscellaneous aspects: I like that after doing a set, I can set them down or slide them into my pocket while I rest up for the next set. My hands/skin get to breathe in between sets and they don't stink of gloves afterwards. They're also super easy to clean -- once a week or so I just rub them very lightly with a tiny bit of soap and rinse them off. "That was easy."My only gripe is the same as many others' -- these are way too expensive. They're just molded plastic, likely made from a single pour. So without any semblance of complex fabrication or lengthy labor, the only justification I can see for the price is the fact that there's nothing else like it on the market (as of right now, although that can change as soon as tomorrow). So if you've got the money to burn, I definitely recommend these! If you're someone willing to pay for a quality experience even if you can't really afford it too easily, I'd say you'd likely find these worthwhile. But if you're tight on money and don't fit the description just above, then I'd say wait a little as I'm almost certain a hundred clones and a thousand variations of this product will appear before long -- at far cheaper prices.
