Used the product to replace a dripping faucet core in the bathroom. The parts fit perfectly and were easy to install. One word of caution to the amateur plumber. Pay attention to the position of the stem and the gray spacer which limits the handle travel when you remove the old parts. If the gray spacer is inserted incorrectly, the handle will not be straight or move as expected when the installation is completed. This is just like the behavior of the original equipment.

I ordered these as spares to my Delta equiped house faucets. The faucets are 20 years old and every few months another one starts to leak so I try to keep these "in stock" in my plumbing repair kit. These stems look identical to the OEM Delta versions, and includes the springs, rubber seals, o-rings, and 90 degree turn limiters.I'll update if there is any problem with them when the next faucet starts to leak. If no update then either I haven't had to use them, or they are working great.

Delta faucet are too expensive to replace when leaking. This replacement was easy to switch out. No more leaking.
