I took in a stray cat and for 4 months have been experimenting with our vet with foods, medicines, probiotics, etc., so he can have a solid stool. This food has cured him. I feed him the recommended amount for his weight, split into 2 meals per day with a Tiki Cat purée topper and he loves it. I love that there’s no more messy litter box. This food definitely works!

I really really wish this came in larger quantities. My cats like the food fine and the larger size I think helps reduce the vomiting from one of mine who eats way too fast. The only downside really is it is somewhat expensive and you cannot buy a very large bag, but it is quality food and they eat it so I am going to keep sticking with this for them

One of my cat, who always eat dry cat food, kept vomiting very often every other week but he no longer vomit after I feed him with this Royal Canin Digestive Care Dry Cat Food. It's kinda expensive but worth any pennies. I am happy seeing my cat enjoy this food. Highly recommended!

Dans notre cas ça vaut le coût de payer un peu plus cher pour une nourriture de qualité. Notre chat de 13 ans a commencé à avoir des problème de digestion. En ayant commencé à le nourrir avec cette nourriture il y a deux mois tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Et pour un chat avec des goûts difficiles, il l'adore!

This smells like “real food” ingredients. Additionally, these ingredient's are fresh and healthy for the cat's digestion. I have 3 breeds of cat, all have had previous problems with some sort of real digestive issue. One was on stomach medications for a couple of years. Previously I had only purchased higher end cat foods in but none of them been nearly as successful in being digested properly by my cats as does this “Royal canin digestive care”. They’re able to hold this food down and their feces has improved significantly. That’s also the tell. I been using this food for my cats for the past couple/few years now. I highly recommend it. They all love the taste as well.

I was buying grain-free protein-rich dry food, same brand for years for large kibble when suddenly one of my two cats couldn’t keep anything down. Homeopet Digestive Upset on Amazon helped but it was tedious and cat didn’t like the routine.Bought this to try and was immediately impressed with the larger kibble size, then cats took right too it with no issues and it’s easy to dose Homeopet with a few kibbles.

I'm furious with Amazon for packing this with 6 other items in the same box and delaying delivery for days around Christmas when it was in our town waiting to be delivered, and supposedly "out for delivery." But that aside, this is a very good product that has complemented Royal Canin's wet version of "Digest Sensitive" and their "Adult Instinctive." I don't buy the wet on Amazon because the cans are sold in bulk. But anyone who has a cat who vomits frequently (to the point where you are going to take him in for expensive and traumatic veterinary tests, scans and blood work) might want to try this first. It has a healing calming effect. It became obvious after putting our cat on this, that he truly had an irritated digestive tract. This dry food--and ONLY this particular Digestive Care version--has a unique thin and flat round shape with a hole in the center. That is one key to helping your cat keep down the dry crunchy food--cats chew it more completely. I honestly have found that giving mostly wet Royal Canin in the formulas I described, combined with a little of this dry food given in small quantities at other times as a big treat (he loves it), has almost completely, if not completely, solved his vomiting issues.
