We bought as a replacement this is a nice machine has sepearate temp controlled for bun warmer drawer and cooker. light operates on a separate switch very nice machine directions are slightly challenging but in all took less the 30 min to have together. Tip put front glass in first then sides then top . I would buy this again heats up fast smokes a bit for first heat up factory oils on surfaces burning off.

I did not assemble the hood system. I use it just as a roller for a kitchen, not public. This is easy to clean and well thought out. It easily cooks dogs and keeps them warm with the dual cook surface controls. The heated bun box is a bonus.

Got my dad this for fathers day because he talked about wanting one for months. We have a lot of family gatherings and this is perfect for him during those gatherings! All the kids in our family love hot dogs and this is the easiest way to cook as many as we need.

The machine came in a timely manor and was extreamly well packeted. This machine is all they say it is. And it's easy to put together. If not good at following written instructions, just watch the video. I bought this machine as a donation for the club I belong to. Everyone loves it. My club has had zero trouble with it. it's easy to clean and makes a dam good dog.

Arrived quickly, has small dent . Works great ! Placed water cup in bun warmer so it would steam buns instead of just dry heat. Used it for hot dogs, sausage, and even meatballs. Very happy with this purchase!

This product is constructed of high quality materials with stainless steel rollers to assist with cleanup, temperature settings allow for a variety of cook times, and this unit is large enough to handle 12” hot dogs, multiple sizes, and ac ess to these is relatively easy.

I received 1st unit, and after an hour of assembly time I plugged it in. Got my hotdogs ready to cook and it was not on. After checking breakers and several other outlets I determined it was defective. So I disassembled it, revoked it and sent it back for a replacement unit. After the assembly I plugged it in and also found it was defective. This time I took it apart and found the plug to be wired BACKWARDS. It destroyed the circuit protector but after a rewiring job managed to get it working. Seems to be doing fine now.

My husband has always wanted a hot dog roller. He said they have always tasted better when cooked like this. We have used it twice already since Christmas. This item is very big & heavy. I might have been better off to get a smaller version, but my husband said "No, it will be great for parties". The reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5, is that the instructions are super bad. It is pictures only & they are pretty small. You have to really pay close attention to the before & after pics. If the instructions were better, it totally would have received 5 stars from us.Also, it is easy to clean the rollers.
