This is great to cook hotdogs on. Works perfect and you don’t need to crank the heat all the way up. The bun warmer is ok but the buns only need to be in there briefly. It’s doesn’t act like a steam warmer would. Would recommend for an office party or luncheon.

Pro: So far the product works. I like that it came with an extra fuse. I ordered the 7 roller. Cooked a few Costco polish dogs, and they came out great. The buns were nicely warm on the bun warmer rack. The cooker does a great job.Cons: The down side, there were no instructions on how to assemble the product, but found a youtuber, DIYTechinician, who will show you how to assemble it.Everything seemed great except for the crack in the acrylic door. It was not packaged safely. It was packaged on top of the bun grill. Not only that, the acrylic door wobbles on the hinge as though I should expect it to fall off soon, (maybe due to the crack on it). The bun grill has a spot that was not properly welded and is loose. The little silicone rings on the rollers keep moving around, what is that about? And another thing. Are the rollers supposed to wobble?!?! I think not!I am giving this 3 stars, because I paid a lot of money for this. I expect things to be packaged properly, and top quality. If your going to charge over $100 for a product, customers expect your product to be top quality. Quality check your goods properly, and get better packaging material. Otherwise, it does a great job for what it's intended for.

Got this one to replace the one I had. After 10 years and lots of hotdogs it quit. This one is is larger and has a bun warmer rack on it. It’s great on the weekends my grandkids come over. Fill it with hotdogs and let it go. They get hungry they take one off. Works great. Clean up is easy and it has a removable drip pan that’s easy to clean

This unit came on time for a Christmas gathering with the whole family, only to not work. The machine was easy enough to assemble. However, the rollers are not rotating. It was very very disappointing.

This is a quality product. Well made well packaged and a great price. I bought it for home use but I could absolutely see it being used in a commercial kitchen.

We used the hot dog roller at our football tailgate last weekend and it was a big hit.Very well built, no problems seating it on a banquet table very little heat under the unit.

I loooove this roller... it was surprisingly very easy to cleanand easy to use...I burnt my 1st two hot dogs because I was too excited to get it started and turned the temperature knobs up too high...But this roller is awesome..My only problem was putting it 2gether.. I had to look at the picture on Amazon & zoom in on how to put the thick glass protector together because the directions were not easy to understand at all.But once that was on.... it was very easy to use...set the temperature to heat the rollers up.... put the hot dogs on the rollers and to watch them cook right before my eyes was absolutely amazing.It took less than 15min and they were fully cooked.. and stayed hot for a long time...It is surprisingly very big...To clean...i sprayed Dawn Powerwash Spray on the rollers..let the rollers spin without heat and was able to wipe off the grease with easeComes with drip pan and a light that I absolutely looved.I highly recommend this roller!!
