Turkey FryerWorked great.Lots of work to put together and make sure it’s evenly balanced.I like it.I suggest to put a plywood base under the unit bolted to it and a few bricks to keep it stable.Suggest before heating the oil place the turkey inside and figure out how much peanut oil you will need so as not to overfill when oil is hot possibly causing fire.Make sure Turkey is defrosted 100% and no moisture on turkey.Preheat oil to correct temp per pound.Buy the 600 degree gloves for safety and wear safety goggles. Buy an injection kit made out of steel. You will love the results.

Bought this setup for this year's Thanksgiving bird. The large pot is perfect for a 20lb turkey. It could probably hold a 24 pounder, but 20lbs is the ideal fit.The stand was quick and easy to setup and all the parts are easy to clean after frying. The regulator makes it easy to keep the oil right at 300 degrees.I haven't had a chance to use the smaller fish fry pot, but I intend to fry up some chicken wings for Christmas Eve!Quality product and worth the price tag.

Burner and stand work good, but regulator is cheap junk.
