ROTTAY have launched several successful products in home & kitchen in the past years, before deciding to make this product, we did a lot of market research, and found most customers complained that the baking sheet warped in the oven and sticking seriously after use. So we designed the corrugated bottom bakeware and applied for a patent for the unique design. Bought these for making bacon and they have been great.Recently used for steaks as well and they work well.Can be thrown into dishwasher for a quick clean up.Price was good and no issues to date.

I don't see how anyone could have a problem with these pan and rack sets. They are very heavy duty build and look fantastic. I have run them in my oven at 400°F, in my pellet smoker at 450°, and my warm/cold smoker from 70° up to 185°, NO WARPING. They also came very well packed from the factory and amazon shipped in secondary box. I would highly recommend.

These baking sheets are made of steel and perform exceptionally well! The best part is that they are dishwasher safe without warping or discoloration. They are versatile and very well-made. It's hard to get excited about a cooking sheet, but it's a pleasure not to have to hand wash them while still avoiding wear and tear. Plus, I no longer have to worry about rust! They are worth every penny and more affordable than other aluminum sets. I would describe them as durable and solid, and the rolled edges are perfect. They evenly distribute heat with equal baking of items.

I purchased these pans because they were stainless steel. They are sturdy and durable. They are a good size and reasonably easy to clean. I like them and I believe I will get a lot of use out of them.
