This is a good shallow roasting pan. Deep enough though to handle a medium size pork picnic. The rack was able to support an 8 pound roast with minimal sagging. I heated the oven to 450 to get a crisp skin and the pan did not warp. A good buy.

I was looking for a pan to make bacon in the oven that wouldn't be cooked in its own puddle of grease, and this was it! I was able to make an entire package of bacon (10 pieces) at once, and they cooked PERFECTLY... crispy not burned but well-done, not greasy! I baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven. I'm limited to what I can cook on this pan due to the temperature limitation. I actually wrote on the pan as a reminder not to put it in a hotter oven by mistake! Who wants to have to worry about that?! Ugh. Oh well, still happy with the purchase.

I used this pan to cook bacon in the oven. It has a rack to put the bacon on. The grease dripped in the pan without spilling into the oven. The bacon was crispy and tasty. Clean up waseasy. Overall, it's a good pan to use bake food with. No warping. Sturdy and even baking. It fits in my oven with ease.

I cooked bacon in this and it made the bacon very crispy, yet all bacon grease went in the foil lined pan, so easy clean up - I recommend this baking pan with wire rack very highly. It was reasonably priced also.

Update! I really loved it but the rack didn't hold up. I cooked bacon on it and it worked well but it stuck even if I sprayed it with no cooking spray. Then it was hard to clean and the coating came off when I washed it and tried to clean it well. I have only used it for a couple of months and only cooked bacon on it. I didn't even use it every day. I had to throw the rack away. This is going to be such a great product. I can already tell. I bought it to cook bacon in the oven. It's not too deep and not too shallow. It is a great depth and size so it won't be hard to store. I am looking forward to using this for many things. It's a very light weight functional pan. I can even use the rack for a cooling rack for cookies. I have to have functional, easy to clean and easy to store and this checks all those boxes for me! Exactly what I was looking for!

It’s a pain to clean but chicken comes out amazing so I guess no complaints!

I air fried my salmon slab in the oven and the rack worked perfectly. I rubbed a little avocado oil on the grill first and there was minimal sticking. Great pan! It's large enough to hold a salmon slab cut in half and then placed side by side. Very sturdy pan. Wish they also had a larger size.

Bought this rack/pan combo with the intent of using it to cook bacon. The pan itself seems very good and is very easy to clean up. The rack on the other hand is total garbage. I have no idea what the black coating is, but it is certainly NOT non-stick. Cooking bacon causes a residue to stick to the coating like cement. Even cleaning by hand with a plastic scrubber after soaking removed a lot of the coating. The next time we used it we put it in the dishwasher, which removed even more of the coating leaving a rusty mess. If your intent is to cook bacon with this, do yourself a favour and think again.

Yeah, no. The tray warped after being in the oven at 220 degrees (c) but admittedly went flat again when cooling. The rack quality is appalling. It’s lost it’s coating from a SINGLE use and SINGLE dishwasher cycle.Fail.

After reading some recipes that talked about smoking some meat in a smoker using a baking pan like this I decided to try this out. The rack sits in the pan and lifts up whatever you are cooking so the smoke can cover everything. It also keeps the drippings right in the pan under the rack.Did all of that and worked well. Nice to just bring the pan in from the smoker and pour off the drippings to use for gravy, etc. It keeps the bottom of the smoker cleaner - and it's nicer to just have to clean this rack and pan instead of cleaning off the racks of my smoker.Smoke still coats the rack and pan. But it cleans off pretty easily - easier than cleaning the racks in my smoker, probably due to the non-stick coating. I'll be using this tray for most of the food I smoke now.Edit- I absolutely love these. I started using one of the pans for my oven. The idea of having to bake a vegetable (or anything else) and flip over mid cooking makes me cringe. I line the tray with parchment paper. Use the rack and slice squash, cube eggplant with partial skin left on, slice up bell peppers, asparagus - just about any vegetable you can bake. Usually I do 450 degrees for 30 minutes or so to get a char on the vegetables. Come out amazing every time with none of the nonsense of "flipping" something over. Just toss in your desired oil and seasoning if wanted. This has been used on average probably 6 days a week for close to a year. Dishwasher'd (just the rack) a few times, let soak in hot water a bunch - maybe that wasnt great as the non-stick worked well and I was just lazy. But the coating on the rack is going away and seeing some rust. Just bought another pan and will be more careful cleaning it. Lost 40 pounds exercising and eating better and this pan definitely helped by making veggies easier and better when not just eating them raw.
