cost to product ratio is just right. just saying I have paid way more for items that are not of this quality, but I did get the basic model, not the digital display one. they say that sometimes it's best to keep it simple stupid, so for me simple wins this time.

This exercise device works your shoulders,chest, back, arms, abs, forearms. It's easy to use like pedaling with your arms. The burn will be noticeable after a few minutes of use and you can adjust the intensity of the exercises with the resistance knob or hold the device at different angles. I recommend this for anyone who likes using exercise devices.

I've been looking for ways to augment my upper body workouts, especially when I don't feel like going to the gym and want to do an at home workout. This item is easy to store and aesthetically pleasing, so I find myself grabbing it and using it most evenings. I've been pleasantly surprised with the results and after about a month of ownership I notice that my forearms, shoulders, and biceps are bigger; and my back is looking more toned. I even think it's helping my core strength as I focus on keeping those muscles engaged while I use it. I'm currently using it without much resistance applied, but it's nice to know I can make it even more challenging once I'm ready. I highly recommend it!

Good exercise tool. But, the resistance adjustment is not very effective.

They provide extra resistance bands but NO instructions on how or when to install. I received zero instructions or documentation with the product. The Amazon page says oil it but can’t figure out where you would put the oil.However this thing looks and feels like it is built like a tank. It is easy to figure out how to use it. It is smooth and silent. It seems to provide a very good strength and high intensity cardio workout.I would recommend it.

This device is good, it should work if you Use it ! It definitely does give you a burn. Good for shoulders and arms, I would say cardio also. I use it almost on a daily basis. It's compact so you can travel with it.I got the 12lb one and I'm glad I chose it.Very sturdy and should probably last a lifetime?
