For online sales having a turntable can really make a difference. This is a good one to try. I compared it with a few others and here are my thoughts. It's not noisy, it turns evenly and smoothly, It does a lot of different things with the remote control that's provided. it does make a little noise but it's not a deal breaker and I would still feel comfortable using this for videos for product photography. I've put so fairly heavy things but nothing as heavy as 88 pounds on it and found that that continues to do well. I've enjoyed using turntables when doing my product photography and find that something like this with the remote makes it a lot more versatile than the turntables that only go to the right or to the left and maybe have the ability to adjust the speed.

I had no idea it would require a degree in electronics to work this thing. I thought it would be a simple display stand that rotates with some colorful lights!?But from the 4-page (made in China) "operating manual", only 1 page (8" x 5") is dedicated to explaining how to operate the 56-key remote control! And as with other products that are foreign made the translated instructions often need to be more precise and tend to be riddled with misspelled words. This remote has more keys than both my Smart TV and my cable TV remotes that each comes with at least a 20-page instruction guide.Ultimately it became over an hour-long trial and error test of pushing buttons to learn what it can do, I still need to figure out how to make the lighting work which is kind of important for a display that you want to grab folks' attention! As for recommending this item, I am on the fence as I still can see the potential for it to be really cool, but unfortunately only if you have a really technological mind when it comes to gadgets! Sad, because I really wanted to like this item! There is also the issue of the price, I don't think even if I completely understood how to operate it that it would have a value to me equal to the price tag. making it far less likely I would be willing to recommend this item as a smart purchase.

I already have an app-supported rotating display that I love, but there's a chance that the app could disappear one day. Thankfully this one is controlled through a well made remote. Here are a few pros, cons, and why:Pros- Full control of the table through a remote. You can have it turn continuously or set it to intermittent where you press a button to advance the turn based on the angle you set. I like to create GIFs from pictures, so this is very helpful.- Sturdy construction. While a bit loud, the motor is strong and moves well. The plastic of the stand is made well.- The remote allows you to set the turning angle in intermittent mode through its several buttons, you can set it to:0.1° (3,600 pics per revolution. Haven't found a use for this one yet)1° (360 pic GIF)5° (72 pic GIF)10° (36 pic GIF)12° (30 pic GIF)15° (24 pic GIF)18° (20 pic GIF)36° (10 pic GIF)45° (8 pic GIF)90° (4 pic GIF)180° (2 pic GIF)360° (1 turn good for videos)- Combine this with a white box and you have professional looking images or videosCons- There are several buttons on the remote that do not work. These include buttons for a connection and control of a camera. These would have been very helpful to automate picture taking.- Does not come with batteries for the remote. It's a sturdy remote, so I didn't mind too muchOverall, despite a few cons, this is a great display stand
