These are great I'm using them for water lilies but they could be used for orchids too on the very top lip there are holes where you could actually put hangers if you want to put orchids in them.

Exactly what we needed for the container plant holders going around our above ground fish pond. They are very sturdy for large plants and the slits are just the right size for keeping the roots saturated.

The material has a little flex but strong enough to hold weighted pond plants and orchids. They’re a bit of a pain with some roots but it’s kept its shape after a season under water. I haven’t tested it through the freeze and don’t plan to as ice tends to crack most stuff left in a pond that isn’t warmed.
