I have sent the last hour trying to release the cable but it is jammed - I cannot believe you need to hold the ratchet back with a screw driver at the same and pushing the release catch. Even then I cannot get the cable to unwind because it is stuck in the real! This is straight out the box so I am unable to use it - what a frustrating complete waste of money!I need a winch today so now forced to go to Machine Mart to sort alternative.Not happy ,not happy at all!
