Only giving 3 stars because I received my brushes which aren’t the problem they seem really good and seem sturdy, however I opened the pouch they were shipped in and the package inside was already open and I only received 2 out of the 4 pc set. How was this missed ? someone literally had to put them in the shipping pouch and didn’t notice that it was not only open but brushes were missing.

I used these for cutting in painting walls etc. Very good for achieving straight lines, and getting into sharp corners. Having different size brushes was helpful.

They are very well made and would probably be perfect for other projects, but not for detail work when refinishing cabinets.

I used these brushes to paint the trim in our new-construction basement, and they worked great! The angled shape makes it easy to cut in without needing to tape off. The bristles are full and soft, and hold a lot of paint to avoid needing to re-dip often, but don't drip easily at all. I highly recommend these brushes and will definitely buy more for our next paint job!

I used these brushes for painting and varnishing interior doors with small glass panels. I got really neat lines and corners without any mess. Nice long handles. I would highly recommend.

Quite a difficult product to review in a relatively short period of time as good paint brushes can last very many years hence this review is my initial impressions of the brushes not their longevity. Arrived in adequate packaging, wasn't expecting the earth considering the price; paid more for less brushes in the past. Build quality better than I expected, metal banding nice and tight and wooden handles light yet tough. All important bristles are stiff, sufficiently so they don't flex when paint is added but not so much they still give easily when painting. Tried them for cutting in around some kitchen cupboards, takes a while as the amount of paint you can add is minimal (due to brush size) but the finish quality is excellent. Washed out great using emulsion, bristles didn't drop while in use and stiffness remains after cleaning. Overall first take is pretty good, even better if they last.

Excellent quality. I used them for floor detailed base board touch ups. They work better than a 1 or 1.5" regular (Wooster or Purdy) trim brush, craft paint brush (the cheap kind - $4-5 sets), or chip brush. They cleaned up very well. These are keepers!!!
