I have been using these for a month now and they are awesome! As long as you rinse the brush when you’re done and let it dry before you cap it, they are ready to go for the next time. So much easier than dragging out a can of paint and having to mix it.

This kit actually works really well. I used it to touch-up kitchen cabinets. Worked perfectly. I now store the pen/brush in a zip lock bag with brush side down. It is ready to be used again when needed. As far as re-using the pen brush, I think they could be re-used as long as the pump mechanism at the end continues to work. I'll admit the spring that controls the pump action sticks a bit when using. Overall, this is a great device.

I would only use these with precaution. The small container for the paint easily releases from the pen. So I would tape the one with masking tape at the edge, being careful not to cover the button you push to extrude the paint onto the brush tip. They do include a small syringe, but you would have to do 2-4 extractions using these small syringes which are smaller than the ones you get from the pharmacy for kids liquid medications or otc kids cough syrups. In fact, I would just ask for a large syringe from the pharmacy if you get a chance and use that to fill these pens, which is easier if you have young kids. If not, you might get one from a family member or friend who probably have multiple of these large syringes lying around the house like we do.But the syringes they supply seem a bit small, even though the paint container is quite small in itself. The small syringe doesn’t work will with thick liquids like paint, so even though you may not use the full large syringe volume, you are likely to be less frustrated with the whole experience, especially if you don’t have dainty fingers or weak fine motor strength like I do.

Remodeling an old house. Having these with all the various colors to touch up dings is great. The only thing they need is an area to write colors where they don't rub off with use.

I was not prepared for how much I was going to love these paint brushes! I used the syringe to fill the inner tube and it was a simple process. I twisted it back into the paint brush part of the tube and then pumped the bottom to dispense the paint. It dispenses a small amount on the paint brush and comes out in the perfect amount. I was surprised how long it lasted- I thought I would have to refill it more often but a little went a long way and I covered a whole door frame with one fill. It was very easy and convenient and worked beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely worth the purchase.

Easy to fill, easy to clean, and easy to use! These paint pens are perfect for touchups and intricate detail painting. The price is very reasonable!
