I love these blades. They are very very sturdy and I mean after so much of riding you will have to change the straps which are very cheap on here and the wheels but that's to be expected. But all last year I wore these almost every day lol. It's almost that time again to break these out again. Highly recommend this company and they do a very great job for such a cheap price

These are great - they are very sturdy and my husband skates in the them quickly and has no issues with them at all.

I have owned many pairs of blades, I think these are my favorite so far. I have only tried them on so far but I can tell they will be awesome just from the quality of materials and how durable they seem, it’s a plus that they’re rather edgy looking as well. I am female and had to go down a size since they’re sized in men’s. I have never used my brake, never needed it, probably won’t bother to install it. Have considered removing the ones from my other pairs just haven’t gotten around to it. However I don’t recommend that for beginners. I have noticed that people who skate in quads use the toe stop, I grew up wearing inlines, no quads. Overall, great affordable pair by Roller Derby! They make great skates, I have never had any issues with Roller Derby skates.

My son joined a skating class and I decided to get these and join him. i used to rollerblade a lot when I was a teen and it was like riding a bike, I jumped right back in. These were comfortable, and sturdy and I'm 270lbs so if your worried about being to big don't worry these got you covered.

I'm 34 years old and I bought my kiddos some roller skates. It was hard to teach them the proper way to skate so I bought rollerblades to show them how it's done. Mind you I've not done this since highschool. Just like riding a bike. These skates are well done. They are comfortable, smooth, and support my 290lbs no problem. Time to skate with the family and burn some weight!

Pros: The product is well made and has a really nice design. It is quality and very comfortable.Cons: My son is new to inline skating and he needs the heel break but it is really impossible to install it because the axle that was provided is not long enough to hold the break. It is the same length of the original axle that’s already installed. I don’t even know if it is the right break provided because it doesn’t sit well. They may have provided the wrong break and axle in the box!I’ll contact the company and see if they can provide me with the proper axle length and right heel break. Could have given this skate 5 stars if it was the right axle and the right heel break

I actually had fairly decent hopes for these skates. Until trying to install the brake. They just give you a baggy of hardware and VERY limited instructions. They call the hardware “long” but they seem to be the same size as the hardware already on the skates. Which then makes aligning screws with an extra piece of plastic in the way impossible. So I guess now I’ll re-learn to skate without a brake and hope for the best. You’ll see my next review on full body casts.

Very happy with the Beta Elite rollerblades.Getting back into skating after many years and this is one of the best rollerblades I've ever put on.Comfortable, snug, secure and easy to use. I find I don't need to use the laces as the boot itself is snug.I like the tapered build and slim design. Not bulky/boxy at all compared to other rollerblades.Lots of padding inside and has arch support. Only needed to wear 1 pair of socks and my feet weren't that sweaty after an hour of rollerblading.I found that it didn't need any breaking in as it is super comfy to wear.Very quiet and barely makes a noise on the pavement. They also came in with a break you can put on optionally along with tools for installing.

Growing up I've always had Roller Derby brand inline skates (they were always cheaper). From the Phantoms I had in my teens to the Bajas I graduated to, they have all been extremely comfortable & performed well for an intermediate skater. These have really blown me away though. A hard boot with adjustable/replaceable frame, laces & ratchets, ABEC 7 bearings (not the best but ABEC 5 is standard at this pp) and quickchange axles for less than $150 😳... I just got these yesterday and as in the past, they have not disappointed in the comfort department right away. They are extremely comfortable, making them even that much more stable. I love how everything on the skate is serviceable or replaceable. The wheels are a bit soft for an "urban" marketed and designed skate, but who cares! I ordered some higher end 82A wheels yesterday and I'm still under $200! I would recommend these skates to anyone, beginner to intermediate, looking for a great all around urban type skate that won't break the budget. Would give 6 stars if they came with 82A or harder wheels!
