I've used Roland drum & percussion products since the 80's. I'm a huge fan of their gear. I sadly sold my old PD7 and PD9 pads which I bought in 1997 and still worked perfectly, and then bought 2 of these newer PD8's in hopes of a better performance. The pad response is superb, like all other Roland gear. But the rims don't trigger well, even when I tweak the sensitivity and threshold settings in my module.

El Sensor incluye su cable estéreo. No hace falta comprar cable por separado.

This product was exactly as advertised. Came practically in new condition. Very responsive. There's no difference between this pad and the other ones on my kit. Just wish the shipping was less. Would definitely buy again.

It was used, but in decent condition. A few minor scratch on the mounting hardware, but everything worked perfectly, and I got it for 1/3 of the price. Im very happy with the deal

I have a Roland TD-12 module and use this pad for cymbals and percussion. Vendor was prompt and the pad was new in the box. I've been using the pad for over a month and it's great. I can even choke a cymbal by grabbing onto the edge. I would purchase again from this vendor.

this exact make/model is the most responsive electronic head that exists on the planet- my kit is made up of 5 of these plus a roland snare and some cymbals - these are amazing, better even than larger roland mesh heads

I bought a pair of these to extend my TD-30 KV kit for cowbell and some additional percussion sounds, absolutely perfect.

Came as described, in excellent physical and working condition. It's a great addition to my Roland TD-30K-V-Pro drum setup. Being only an 8" pad, you can fit it in almost anywhere... and the price was right!

I bought two PD-85's to replace the PD-8 that came with the TD-3 kit I bought several years ago. The PD-85 (mesh head) has a much better feel and sound than the PD-8 (rubber), so I'm very happy with my purchase.Just thought I'd mention that, with the TD-11 module, it sounds better when I tell the module that it's a PD-8 than it does when I say that it's a PD-85. On the PD-85 setting, the drum sounds muted, without the resonance of a drum. Don't ask me why, it just sounds better to me when configured as a PD-8.
