PMX-1
The Punch Marine PMX-1 is an AM/FM/WP tuner and compact digital media receiver, designed for marine and motorsports applications. Featuring a wet bonded 2.3" Full Dot Matrix LCD display that allows for optimized viewing under all lighting conditions. It is IPX6 rated & Element Ready protecting against dust, UV, temperature, water, corrosion & vibration.
The PMX-1 features superior Bluetooth audio streaming with easy device pairing. The flexible AUX and USB inputs enable convenient access to various audio playback formats and charging of your mobile devices. Output flexibility comes with a 4x50W @ 2ohm internal amplifier or front and rear/sub output RCA's allowing the addition of after-market amplifiers for more power and output. Add-in the EEPROM memory system, independent subwoofer level control, and wired remote expansion capabilities, and you have the only media receiver you'll ever need.
Water Has No Power With An IPX6 Rated Faceplate
Whether you are on water or off-road, exposure to the elements is a given. So, we built our PMX-1 to withstand direct water, weather, and exposure with a front panel that is IPX6 rated for water spray intrusion and features a conformal coated PCB circuit board protecting the vital electronics.
Don't Get Caught With Your Batteries Low
Not wanting to get stranded with a dead battery, our integrated voltage gauge alerts you when the voltage drops too low, allowing you time to start the engine and recharge the system batteries.

I bought this after I wasted my $ on a $79 amazon no name unit even with an amp the sound was horrible. I then bought the Rockford unit and the sound was great this is in my KRX sxs easy install too

The only thing I don't like about this, is I have it for an existing 3 amp system. This only has a 2 channel output. Front and rear, or you can configure the rear as a sub output. I would have preferred front/rear plus sub outs. Otherwise I am happy.Solid unit for a marine application, from a reputable brand.

Bought this head unit and installed on a 2022 can am defender max limited, sound is fantastic!! Paired it with some Rockford fosgate speakers and sub. First head unit that shipped didn’t work but costumer service overnighted me a new one. Very satisfied

This receiver puts out great sound and is easy to install. The first one I ordered got lost in transit but the seller was quick to rectify the situation and got a second one on the way asap.

I installed this on the flybridge of my boat. It is connected to 2 6-1/2 inch speakers and 2 smaller cube speakers. The larger speakers are positioned low and to the side so the higher notes do not come out real well but the smaller cube speakers mounted up high make up for that. Love the punch. I have an amplifier I was planning on installing but find the sound out of this unit is good enough and loud enough that it won't be necessary.
