PMX-2
The Punch Marine PMX-2 is an AM/FM/WP tuner and compact digital media receiver, designed for marine and motorsports applications. Featuring a 2.7" full color TFT display for optimum viewing, even in full sun. It is IPX6 rated and uses a water-resistant rotary encoder knob with white LED button illumination and front mounted sub level controls.
Featuring Pandora control capabilities and Bluetooth audio streaming with album art support, this unit becomes a true command center of any system. Output flexibility comes with a 4x50W @ 2ohm internal amplifier or front and rear/sub output RCA's allowing the addition of after-market amplifiers for more power and output. Add-in the EEPROM memory system, custom GUI interface, and wired remote expansion capabilities and you have the only media receiver you'll ever need.
Water Has No Power With An IPX6 Rated Faceplate
Exposure to the elements in the marine or off-road world is a given and you need a source unit that can withstand the daily abuse and exposure. We built our PMX-2 to withstand direct water and weather exposure with a front panel that is IPX6 rated for water spray intrusion and features a conformal coated PCB circuit board protecting the vital electronics.

Not wanting to get stranded with a dead battery, our integrated voltage gauge alerts you when the voltage drops too low, allowing you time to start the engine and recharge the system batteries.

I like how easy it is to switch from radio to Bluetooth, and how easy the install is took me 10 mins. But for such a small radio it sure is expensive

When I’m in the main menu scrolling through inputs , it skips right over the “Bluetooth” section.Which is the main feature I’ll be using.. is this unit Bluetooth ready right out of the box or is there a separate module or something else I need to purchase? Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Very good receiver but, I returned because I ordered the wrong one. I ordered this PMX-2 and I wanted the PMX-3 which has SiriusXM capabilities.

I thought I would leave this review to help anyone in the future hoping to use this with a 4-channel external amp.The Rear RCA's can be set to either Full Range or Subwoofer. Of course, I would expect them to be in Mono when set to Sub, but to my surprise (and confirmed by Fosgate Tech Support) they stay in Mono when in Full Range. In fact, you can't Fade forward, you have to use the "Sub Level" buttons (renamed to "Full Range" in the HU) to try and set the level on the rears. Why even label the rears L & R LOL.To summarize, this HU has RCA outs for the front, and RCA outs for subwoofer - don't count on using the rears for full range unless you don't care about stereo sound and/or using the fader.To be fair, the high level speaker outs do perform properly. But that is one ghetto way to handle rear RCA's on a HU costing over $300. Dumping this one and moving on to the compatible priced WetSounds model with proper RCA outs.

Huge Improvement over Kicker KMC1. Installed on tritoon - added 2 more speakers and Subwoofer. Sub control is nice and there are lots of custom audio settings... Overall really happy with it!

Unit has been good except when i scroll to view playlists in USB the music cuts in and out. Tried contacting rockford and they replied back once looking for more info and no replies since .
