I wanted to love this bag. But returned it.The size is perfect. The construction is sturdy. The expandability is awesome. The top of the trunk expands up in the back and holds all my tools and biking gear with room to spare. The fold out panniers are big -- I can fit a 15" laptop in a sleeve as well as pants, shirt, a sweatshirt, and more. The water bottle cage is useful and secure. The webbing on top is useful for stashing my jacket mid-ride. The reflective trim is powerful. The price is perfect.However, I returned the bag because of the velcro attachments. The velcro works fine, but I have a wide rack and fenders with little room to maneuver under the rack. It would take me 20 minutes before and after each ride to attach and remove the velcro under the bag. Super frustrating. My bike rack has the Dutch-designed MIK clip-in system built-in. I replaced this bag with a MIK bag that I don't like nearly as much so that I could avoid wrestling with the Rockbros velcro bottom straps.Rockros: PLEASE COME OUT WITH A MIK ATTACHMENT VERSION OF THIS BAG. PLEASE !!! I would buy it today and pay an extra $ 100 for the convenience. Seriously.

This is a well constructed trunk bag, with ample storage. I like such features as the hidden pannier bags and included shoulder strap, so you can easily take it with you. However, it was nearly impossible for me to secure the bag to my MIK-compatible rack using the bag’s Velcro straps. My e-bike has a fender, leaving little space between the fender and the rack. You have to snake the Velcro strap under the rack, through the buckle on the bottom of the bike bag, and then back underneath again to secure it. My bike probably offered an inch of space between the fender and the rack, making it very difficult to tighten the Velcro enough to secure the bag. I bought an MIK base plate and just attached it today. If you’re buying this bag and think you’ll want to detach the bag from your bike regularly, get the adapter plate. However, those Velcro straps are now in the way. If I fasten them over the base plate, I can’t snap the plate onto my rack. I hate to cut them off, because as soon as I do, I’ll realize they might come in handy for something else. I haven’t spent much time using the bag yet, but I’m not impressed with the Velcro attachment system. But, now that my Rockbros trunk bag is securely attached to my bike, I look forward to putting several miles on it.

The velcro straps hold it securely to the bike rack. Using the main part of the bag to hold a second 15Ah battery. The removable dividers were laid flat across the top of the battery to help hold it in place without bouncing. Still deciding what are must haves when I ride as I don't to deploy the side bags all the time.

I love this bag. I put a MIK adapter on it and it fits great on my MIK carrier. I love that it has built in panniers so I can carry more stuff if needed. The center part itself carries a lot of stuff and that's what I use most of the time but I have used the panniers a couple of times for longer rides. The panniers are fairly small so if you're going on a really long trip I'd recommend getting dedicated pannier bags instead but if you just want the versatility this bag offers I say don't hesitate. It's very well built and sturdy and also attractive. I also like having the extra water bottle holder on the back of it.

Highly recommended. Excellent quality. Rock solid fit. Velcro straps are a little difficult to secure but once done there is no movement even on the toughest terrain.

I wanted a bike trunk bag that I didn't have to use the panniers all the time. This bag solves that with the stowed panniers you can use or not. Here's what I like. My first impression is the bag is well built with good materials. The Stiff/hard sides keeps the bag shape so it doesn't sag. The storage area can unzip to expand the storage space if needed. It comes with 2 removable dividers to create custom spaces and a shoulder strap. It also has a rain cover for bad weather. It makes a great day pack for adventures. The one thing that could be improved is the way it gets attached to the bike rack with velcro straps. Took me some minutes to secure it to the bike as it was a little tricky to get a few of the velcro straps in place. All in All I'm happy with this purchase. Would buy it again.

This bag is perfect for what I wanted. It is well made, light weight, and attractive. I like to be able to take things with me on bike rides--tools, jacket, water, phone, tissues, etc. so I appreciate the roomy main compartment which is also great for carrying a few groceries or a picnic lunch. The water bottle compartment is good for holding my water bottle--or my phone if I'm going for a short ride and the tie downs on top hold my phone securely for longer rides. The drop down saddle bags add to its versatility. I especially like having the choice to purchase several items at the grocery store because I have room to carry them.. The velcro ties on the front and underneath make it very easy to attach to my bike rack. And I like the reflecting strips to make my bike even more visible. I would highly recommend this bag.

I’ve had this for about a year. I use it along with a backpack to transport groceries. The top of the bag can hold a gallon of milk and still has room for a few more smaller items. The expandable top has been useful. The panniers have held up well. Although I haven’t put anything really heavy in them, I’ve stuffed them full multiple times. The bag comes with a neon yellow rain cover which I’ve used not only in rain, but anytime I use the panniers since it helps me been seen by cars. The Velcro straps are wide for my rack which meant when I pulled them tight not much of the Velcro was engaged. I found that if I crisscrossed the straps to the opposite buckle rather than going straight across , this utilizes the most Velcro and makes it most secure. I have larger panniers for bigger grocery trips but the trunk bag is what I use most often. it’s easy to put on/off the bike, and it holds things like a bag of chips or box of cookies which would take up a large portion of my backpack
