Designed for 1 or 2 T8 fluorescent lamps. The ballast features a maximum case temperature (Nom) of 70°C. The Instant Start Electronic Fluorescent Ballast features a Sound Rating of A category. Housing dimensions of the Electronic Ballast constitute the following 9.5-inch x 1.3-inch x 1.0 inch and Lamp Rated Watts of 32 W.
Operates the following lamp types:
- F32T8 - 1 or 2 lamps
- F25T8 - 1 or 2 lamps
- F17T8 - 1 or 2 lamps
- F15T8 - 1 or 2 lamps
- F40T8 - 1 lamp
Installation and Product Quality
Our ballasts offer wiring and dimensions similar to standard ballasts and hence retrofits into all existing lighting fixtures. The Instant Start electronic fluorescent ballast case is made of rust resistant coated rugged steel that ensures lifetime durability. The product meets strict high-quality requirements to be safe and reliable and is approved for Indoor/Outdoor location use.
Wiring Diagram
Wiring specifications of the product constitute a Wire Gauge (Nom) of 18AWG mm and Solid Wire Type. The Lamp connection of the ballast is of Parallel type and features a Wire Strip length of 0.50/0.375mm.

It was a bit longer than the one it replaced, so only one side could be secured.It also only had one red wire.Works great so far.

No confusion installing ballast. Wire leads were plenty long, ballast mounted easily, and is instant on. Another reviewer said the ballast didn’t work with LED tubes. I took a chance and tubes lit up fine. Also the price was right.

Found the ballast to be of excellent quality at this price point. Wire leads are more than long enough, and pre-stripped. Balast is UL Listed. Clear, detailed instruction sheet provided.No wire nuts were provided, will need to reuse the wire nuts from the existing fixture or obtain new ones.No mounting hardware (screws & nuts) provided.Mounting holes didn't line up in existing fixture, but used one existing mounting hole and hole used for grounding screw. Worked perfectly. If this hadn't worked, I would have simply drilled a new mounting hole. One factor (mechanical mounting) to consider.Worked perfectly from first use, bulbs lit quickly and there was no hum.

This was easy to install, had understandable instructions. I was able to remove the prior ballast and install this one in less than 15 minutes. The price and quality make this a great value. It works great!
