10' Double Chamber Water Tubes are constructed of heavy-duty 16 gauge, puncture resistant vinyl. All of our water tubes have a conveniently placed, leak-proof valve that is easy to fill with a garden hose. Water tubes keep your pool cover in place all winter long. Water tubes should be filled half-way to prevent popping caused by expansion if the water freezes. 6 Pack.

Bought these to hold down the net we just bought for our new pool. It holds the net down great even in some big wind storms

Purchased 2 boxes of 10, 2 in each box had ends that were not fully heat sealed resulting in a leaking pillow. Luckily i had a roll of Flex Tape on hand sitting on the shelf next to my ShamWow and was able to seal off the ends by folding the Flex Tape over the leaking ends to create a seal. IMO If they want to cut corners by not doing quality control, then they should include a roll of flex tape in the box to make repairs or provide 12 per box at the same price knowing that 2 in the box will likely be defective. Only giving 3 stars due to the poor-quality control on heat sealing the ends.

I had read some negative reviews and was hesitant to order these, but I was very satisfied with them- priced right, quick delivery and much better than the previous ones I had bought from the pool shops.I ordered a second batch of them after seeing how good they were- every one was sturdy and good.

Every year I buy a couple dozen of these pool bags. Every year an order of 6,12, or more has 3-5 that are defective upon initial use or within a week or so . Plugs burst open, seams give way, leaks happen. But I just place another order knowing some will be bad but I’ll just use the good ones in the order to fill the void. This year I just had enough with these guys because this company just insulted a customer in the worst way possible. It just sent me bags that just were not completed at all. The sides were not SEALED, PERIOD!!! See my images. Water just poured out the ends as I was filling them. This is a company that has just given up on any semblance of quality control or customer care. I don’t even want a refund. They need new management or to be driven out of business. Crap products from a company that clearly doesn’t give one anymore. Terrible!!!

Half of the weights either had pins holes and water leaked out and one of the caps was not even sealed. I have bought these before but this batch was awful.

I paid the extra money for supposedly getting heavier quality double water bags for pool tarp. These came 8 ft long and doubled. Two of them were busted and would not hold water. Will not ever use this brand again. I also used the cheaper blue ones which are worse than these. We are putting house on market to relocate and wanted nicer look with new pool cover. We usually buy sand and put in sand bags and store them in summer time behind my shop. Save your money and just do that!!

These are good pool cover weights. I was initially worried when I received and unboxed as they felt a little flimsy, but they held up well. Now the question is how long they will hold up (i.e. how many summers). But, for the price, good little investment to keep the pool cover in place. I recommend.

This only lasted 1 summer in australia. The material is definitely not UV rated. as you can see from the pictures The band on the robelle pool cover bands was the only thing that saved the plastic. But only after 1 summer the plastic cracked and split letting out the water.

More hold power than expected. We have a small oval pool that is about 30 feet by 18 feet and own an oversized pool tarp with straps. We were using landscaping bricks to hold down the tarp but it would still slowly sink into the pool as it rained. We purchased (6) 8 foot water tube and (2) 10 foot water tube. We used the (2) 10 foot ones on the long side of the pool and the (6) 8 foot ones around the oval curved areas. See attached picture. We likely over purchased on quantity as the pool parameter only have about 8 1 to 2 foot sections without a water tube. However, since we purchased in bulk on amazon it was fairly cheap. The best surprise was that the water tubes could be positioned along a curve. We did not use the pool tarp straps for the water tubes and instead opted to curve around the pool oval parameter to allow for more walking round around the pool in the winter. The curved solution was the best looking pool covering we have had in years. The solution we have can hold about 6-8 inches of water on top of the pool water surface and not cave in. We were really impressed. This means we no longer had to rush to place the a pump on top of the tarp after it rained in case if caved it. We even left for a 10 day vacation without worrying to ask a neighbor to check on the pool. The only time the tarp caved in on a section of the pool was when a friends dog (70lbs) got on the tarp to get a bird. The dog’s weight was localized and not spread out so a corner of the tarp came out from under the water tube. The water tube is made of strong material and does not easily get pierced. We only have one hole from the dogs nails and she ran around the pool all winter. The hole was easily found and patched with a bicycle tube patch for less than a dollar. The have used the patched water tube the following winter and the patch held up.The red end caps are a bit hard to close, but my husband can easily close them after I fill them. We store the water tubes in a shed out of the sun when not in use and so far have not had any issues with quality.
