I purchased a 36" x 24" Butcherblock on February 14th. I use it in my bedroom above a cabinet. Since purchasing it less that a month ago it has warped or cupped 1 1/4" above the cabinet. My bedroom is dry and I don't use anything moist on it, just books and items. And I live in a dry climate. I don't recommend anyone buying this bamboo block, as it's not useable as it is. I put weights on top of it to see if I can correct the warping.

I recently purchased a three-pack of cutting boards, and I couldn't be happier with my decision!First off, the durability of these boards is impressive. I've used them for a variety of tasks, from chopping vegetables to slicing meats, and they show no signs of wear or tear even after repeated use. They stand up well to knife marks and don’t warp or crack, which is often a concern with cutting boards. The quality of the finish is another standout feature. Each board has a smooth surface that not only looks great but also makes for easy cleaning. I appreciate the fact that they don’t retain odors or stains, which is a huge plus in the kitchen. They have a nice, sleek design that adds an aesthetic touch to my workspace as well. Finally, the price point is absolutely unbeatable. For the quality and durability you get, it feels like a steal. Finding a set of cutting boards that balances price and performance is not always easy, but this three-pack does just that.Overall, I highly recommend these cutting boards to anyone in need of new kitchen tools. They’re durable, beautifully finished, and incredibly affordable!

I highly recommend the Riviera wood cutting board for anyone looking to buy a wooden board. It’s made from sturdy wood with a great thickness, making it perfect for chopping veggies. The color is beautiful, and the board is both durable and long-lasting. It’s a solid choice for anyone in need of a reliable, high-quality cutting board.

I am a personal chef and florist and bought this jumbo board to use on my food prep table and floral table as I want ample working space. Would be great over a stovetop as well. Good quality and it's not too heavy as this was a concern. Great buy! and great price!

Perfect purchase, both for price and usability. Fits perfectly over the stop top providing additional counter space. Great to use when making pasta with littles, plenty of room for both people. The best part, light weight and easy to pick up.

My use case may be a bit unusual. I have a large gas cooktop and very little counter space. I ordered this because it is the right size to fully cover the cooktop and provide extra surface space for when we aren't cooking. Great for prep, or just a spot to set groceries when coming in from the store. The weight is not too bad because it is bamboo and not too thick. Still a bit awkward to find a place for when we are cooking.I dropped a star because the board has noticeably warped already, within 2 weeks. It has not been exposed to water or heat from the cooktop (we let it cool before putting the board back on top). Our kitchen has a dehu running in it to keep humidity at a normal level as we live in the south.I've flipped the board to see if it will reverse back to normal, but I don't expect that to work. Since I'm not using this specifically as a cutting board, it still works for my purposes. However for others, that warping may be an issue and is hard to avoid with this large of a piece. Weight placed on top of the warp could result in cracking as well.

We placed this on roof of our gas range to place an induction and air fryer on top. This thing cracked/split in multiple spots already within a month. Still functional, but question its durability. At least for our use case.
