Unless you buy these Rigid tools through Home Depot they are not eligible for a lifetime service agreement its deceptive. I called Rigid and all 8 of the Rigid tools I purchased are not eligible because I purchased them through Amazon. Very misleading and very disappointed in Rigid tools
