I've been an engineer for over 40 years so I tested this with the utmost caution. I well know these items are static sensitive so I took all required precautions. Well, the unit didn't work. With RF applied to the input there was no DC output. I then tested all the components and every one of them tested good except the diodes. The diodes were bad. I suppose I could return the item but it's not worth the trouble. The connector and PC board were well made as described in the heading and the solder joints were good. Shame. Maybe some day I will replace the diode so I can actually put it to good use. These should be tested before they pack and ship them. I would gladly pay a little more to get a tested and verified good item.
