Bought a couple of these for friends and family. Good to have but hoping to never have to use it. Can’t deny how important this is to just have when it does happen. Please get one for yourself and your loved ones.

We keep these in all the cars. Hopefully they are never needed. But the design and build seem solid.Should probably come with every seat in every car.

As a firefighter, confirmed both the punch and cutter work while doing vehicle extraction. Highly recommend for every vehicle. Put on ur keys or zip tie to the turn signal lever. Comes with a zip tie.

Purchased this to have in case of emergency. Hopefully it will never be needed. It arrived quickly. It is plastic but seems sturdy enough. I felt it was a little pricy since the accessories had to be purchased separately. I purchased two glass breakers along with the accessory pack. I put one on the sun visor of my Toyota 4Runner using the holster from the accessory pack and hung the other on the back of the passenger headrest for the rear seat passenger with the zip tie from the accessory pack. This provides some peace of mind since I live in Florida and there are bridges and water everywhere.

I really like that these tools are so small. I ordered two of them--one to put in my sunglasses visor and another to put in a little compartment to the left of my steering column (both compartments close). Let me warn you about something, though. DO NOT try to press this thing against your thumb to see if it works. It will work--and it will hurt like H-E-L-L! The little metal spike will shoot out with not a lot of pressure applied. Also, the black clip that you pull off of the seat belt cutter part is really hard to get off. It took me at least 30 seconds to pop them off of each tool. I'm sure they are designed that way so they don't just fall off of your keychain, but I removed both of them since I won't be using the tool on my keychain. In a panicked situation, that is not something extra I would want to have to deal with. These tools also come with two tiny zip ties if you want to secure them to another part of your car like your rearview mirror (the zip ties would probably be easy to break). These are great little tools, though. I'm thinking about buying some for my friends and family.

I've given one to my fiance! I'm an LAFD CERT member and while this isn't one of my SAR tools as it's too light for repeated heavy use, I've tested it with success for its intended purpose. It's not just for saving my life, but combined with the gloves, shears, CPR Mask & Tourniquet I EDC, and the EMT bag & fire extinguisher in my trunk, this tool could very well be used to save another person's life. The ability to have a glass punch & rescue cutter on your person for such a low price, low weight, and low size considering that it can save not only your life but someone else's justifies buying several. Can't recommend enough.

I ordered these keychain tools for my partner and I, as we sometimes work in the bush and must travel on rough roads in swampy areas or over river crossings in remote locations. The price of about $16 for the pair seemed reasonable for the extra bit of insurance of being able to free oneself from a bad situation in a vehicle. The tools are quite compact and lightweight, which is nice for an item you would want to carry with you daily. They easily fit on a keychain in normal men's pockets or a purse, although the usual smaller cut of women's pockets may make them seem a little bit bulkier. Although I have not tested them on any glass or seat belt webbing, the glass hammer function does fire with a small amount of pressure applied, and the blade looks decently sharp. I would certainly purchase more on sale to give as small gifts to family and friends. Though they came nicely boxed, with a pamphlet on other tools offered by this company included, I would have also liked a small set of included instructions reviewing the proper usage of the tools - I have seen that with this item offered promotionally at conventions, so the paid version should likewise have printed instructions. I hope to never be able to give a more accurate review of them as used for their intended purpose, but they are pleasant and reassuring tools to have on hand.

I ordered this after seeing a news special about them. I had always kept a scissors in my car in case I needed to cut my or my children's seatbelts but I started thinking, "What if I were upside-down? Would I be able to reach it?" I like that this is on a keychain that should be as easy as possible to reach in case of emergency. I had also never given much thought to how to break a window, if necessary. This tool seems to make it easy. Let's hope I never have to try it. I was a bit skeptical that the razor cover would stay attached with all of the abuse that my keys take but I have used it for a month now and it is still in place.
