The product is great! It gets grease and oil out of my husband's jeans!!!!! I order 2 containers at a time. The last 2 orders have had one container that half of the contents had leaked out. :-( The box they come in have the arrows on the side indicating which direction the box should be placed. However, once the box was on the porch sideways.

This is a great stain remover. It manages to get stains that other products don't. It is especially good with fresh food stains and helps lighten stains that were washed in (due to neglect). Getting this product in large refill bottles is wonderful. I highly recommend this item. It is worth noting that it came in a timely manner. One small hiccup with UPS delivering to a neighbor but no reflection on the seller.
