The wine is very good but really needs to age a minimum of 6 months. My biggest con is the bag of juice is quite heavy and not easy to pour in the fermenter bucket. It’s very easy to spill a portion of the juice when putting in the bucket. Otherwise I’m very happy with it. Comes with all needed ingredients to produce very good wine to drink or to share.
