I’ve used this product several times, mostly the merlot. It’s the easiest , quickest way to make surprisingly good tasting wine. Just follow the instructions & your wine will turn out well , every time. It’s a little on the sweet side , which is why my wife likes this better than the $20.00 bottles I used to buy through a wine club !

I contacted seller about some questions. They answered the first 2 emails, then ghosted me. I didn't blast them. I just waited for the wine to answer my questions. It turned out good. Only 4 stars for communication.

I’ve been making home brew wine for years. Thought I would try one of these kits. I watched the video and did everything exactly per instructions. Wine looks nice, has a good taste but no alcohol content. Very disappointed.Edit : After posting my review I was quickly contacted by Craftabrew their insight was very informative. I will try again.

The instructions were a bit generic and I needed to contact the sellers. They were very helpful and ultimately my first attempt was very successful. There were some steps that like the sulfates I particularly didn't want to do. The taste was a perfect Merlot.
