I am delighted by the flavor and finish of this wine kit. As others have done with other kits, I added 1/2 of the fruit syrup bag to the initial ferment to boost ABV just a little. Come racking and bottling time, I added 1/4 of the fruit syrup bag and cut in a bottle of Pino Grigio, adjusting the sweetness level to my liking. The result is a crisp, clean wine with a delightful hint of citrus. Very nice.
