Figured I would give these a try especially for the price. Make sure you test them out before putting them into storage or anything as the packaging is a bit flimsy and they can break in shipping pretty easy. Been a few weeks and no issues. Critters are happy with their artificial sunshine. I use these in tandem with a ceramic heat emitter that comes on at night when the lights go off.Make sure to always use a thermostat!

These bulbs are on 24/7 and last a long time. Not too hot but keep 50gallon tank to temperature for leopard gecko.

I used this for my newborn puppies. It was hard for me to find the right bulb to keep them warm but not too hot. The bulb size was perfect and I definitely did not need to adjust the lamp (further or closer) as much when I used these smaller bulbs. Plus the purple light is so much better on the eyes than a red light that I was previously using.

Update: REPTIZOO contacted me after my original post and offered full refund. Thank you for the support and refund on this product..Do not purchase! These are junk lights and REPTIZOO does not support their products if not purchased directly from their website.I've owned two sets of this same lighting package and both burned out within one month. First bulbs purchased on 4/22/24 and burned out two weeks later, but was within return window. I purchased the second set on 5/9/24. One bulb burned out within 2 weeks and the second one burned out on 6/17/24, literally one day after the return window closed. I tried contacted REPTIZOO directly and received the following response:"Hi, If you purchased from our website, please provide the purchase order or invoice, and you can enjoy free accessories service on our website for one year. If you purchased REPTIZOO products from other places not from our website, we are sorry that we cannot provide free after-sales service for other platforms. You need to contact other platforms asap to handle your after-sales."

These are just the same as I would buy from the pet store. The best part is I don't have to go to the store just for the bulb. They last just as long and I've never received any that are broken.

Bought this for a new ZooMed glass gecko enclosure that I added two additional lights to for nighttime lighting and heat. The light emitted from the bulbs is just right and the gecko’s activity level is noticeably higher than it was when I was using red nighttime lights previously! - highly recommended for Crested Geckos! Also, the heat output is just right and maintains the temperature well at between 70-80 degrees F using 2 bulbs for an 18 x 18 glass enclosed with screen top.
