If I can give it zero stars, I would. Got the first one plugged it in, did not work. Just thought, maybe I got a defected one. So I sent it back and got a replacement, and that one did not work. Returning the other one and getting a refund. DO NOT buy this item.

The heat rock would not heat up at all. Sent back for a replacement. When the replacement arrived the heat rock overheated and almost melted my mouse pad.

Was delivered yesterday, plugged it once and it worked. Tried using it again and it completely stopped working. Left it unplugged overnight and tried again this morning and it still won't work. Not worth buying. Looks like there's a small area where it melted. The bottom of it is scratched up and damaged.
