I had a full head of locks when I purchased my helmets thus buying larger helmets. After cutting my hair, there was too much wiggle room. I purchased these pads and now my helmets fit perfect.

Absolutely perfect for replacing the foam on a motorcycle helmet with a nonremoveable liner. Used 7 of the 9 finger like strips. Used 5 side by side but leaving a gap for the air channels in the helmet and wrapped one across the front and one at the back. The foam is exactly the correct density. Not too soft and not too firm. Excellent quality. It comes with 3 velcro discs for each finger like foam section. Very good adhesive and very good grip on the thick fabric cover on the foam.The large round disc is 3x the thickness of the strips. I did not use it but might have considered it if it was the same thickness as the strips. Air flow will be better with the strips.Seems to be a unique product on Amazon and is highly recommended.

This worked great. I needed something to stop having helmet impressions on my bald head. This did the trick no seam lines. I actually cut in in half and placed in two separate helmets. The don't add any size to the helmets, great product for bald motorcyclist.

Son cómodas, si, es mejor tener una almohadilla que no tener nada, pero los cortes y medidas no hacen mucho sentido cuando se trata de acomodarlos en el casco.
