I purchased the helmet a year ago and seemed like I was always chewing on my cheeks inside my mouth. Got these smaller cheek pads and a huge improvement. Very pleased. Should have gotten them earlier.

Work well definitely makes a difference in the fit to make a smaller head more comfortable.
