5 stars for me, I am enjoying this jump rope. I am using it every other day, doing 1 hour sessions, getting a good sweat out of it. I use it at home and I am not afraid of damaging the ceiling or walls. it’s very convenient, easy to carry and the app is easy to navigate allowing me to track my progress. My opinion is this is a highly recommended jumprope for an intermediate or advanced jumper who already has a rhythm and coordination with a regular rope and doesent have the space and wants to jumprope indoors for whatever reason (weather, office, small space etc).

Certainly works well, was just expecting more from the app in reference to a plan or workouts but it is pretty bare bones.

I wanted to jump rope inside the house for exercise and this allows me to do so without the rope. It also syncs to my phone and tells me my progress. I’m not tech savvy but I think I can figure it out. Great price and delivered pretty quick.

We love this cordless jump rope. I get bored with my cardio and have enjoyed being able to incorporate jumping within my small space.Easy to use and no worries about hitting anything (or myself) with a rope. Would recommend!As a side note, we have a few Renpho items and highly recommend all of them. Quality products at a great price.
