I never thought I would buy a turkey fryer, but I did. When it came, I was a little trepidacious by the big box and putting it together. Surprisingly, the process was seamless and took less than 30 minutes with my trusty drill and an adjustable wrench. The stand/stove for the turkey pan is very sturdy, and it can fit my cast iron pot on it nicely; it is very portable to use at cookouts and picnics. I appreciated the accessories and extra cooking pan; it was convenient for making a large pot of rice.

The fryer setup came with 2 pots and each pot has its own basket.Assembling the burner base was easy and only took my wife a few minutes. She put it all together to send me pictures when it arrived.The base is wide to prevent tipping. The pots are heavy and riveted.We look forward to giving it a test run before thanksgiving.
