It has taken me forever to assemble this product and to write this review, and for that I sincerely apologize. The weather has just not been conducive to outside work, the assembly of the burner for this product, and ultimately, its testing. All that said, it only took about a half-hour to assemble the burner unit. All of the parts were there, everything was well packaged in good condition when received, the hardware count was perfect, and the hardware chosen to assemble this product is high quality and well selected. I very much appreciate that the manufacturer chose to supply properly-sized bolts, to include flat washers and lock washers, and to supply flange-type nuts for the assembly of this product. Very nicely done, Ladies and Gentlemen.This product is most often called a “Turkey Fryer” but it can be used for many cooking duties. It can be used as a fryer for many foods including fish and other seafoods, chicken, French Fries and/or onion rings (in large quantities, of course!) and of course, a turkey. It can also be used for doing what is colloquially called a “Low Country Boil”, fresh corn on the cob, and boiled peanuts. All of this is accomplished through the use of 30-quart aluminum pot with an aluminum lid, and the propane-fueled 50,000 BTU/hr. burner and burner stand. The burner utilizes propane from a 20-, 30-, or 40-pound propane cylinder, which you must supply. The 5 PSI propane regulator and an attached propane hose (with the venturi) are supplied with the product. The burner stand must be assembled, the propane regulator and hose must be attached, and the aluminum pot and lid must be washed before use, but then you are ready to go.My testing showed that this product is stable and well suited for the cooking tasks for which it is designed. It has three legs attached to a circular ring base to distribute the weight of the cooking pot, oil or water, and the food being cooked. The aluminum cooking pot has two side handles and the aluminum pot cover has a single, centered handle. Included with this product is a long reach thermometer with a metal clip to attach it to the cooking pot. Also included is the hardware necessary for placing the turkey into the cooking pot and retrieving it from the hot oil once it is cooked. A marinade injector is also included with this kit.The regulator, hose, and burner were tested and no propane leaks were detected with my electronic combustible gas detector. The burner was found to be capable of creating quite a substantial flame and a concomitant amount of heat.I hope to use the kit this weekend to cook several fried whole chickens, assuming, of course, that I can find a suitable amount of peanut oil in the grocery store. I will be cooking a turkey a little later in the year when the weather is warmer. I really like this product. I appreciate its overall design, the inclusion of the proper hardware for the assembly of the product, and the thought put into the design to ensure that the 30 quarts of hot oil or water is actually stable while cooking. If there is one thing that could be improved, it is this: the propane hose provided is only 30 inches long. Personally, I would have like to have seen the hose be at least 48-inches long to provide some additional distance between the burning propane gas and the propane tank. Maybe that is just me, but it would have made me more comfortable.

Pot is thin and, in my case, slightly deformed. Not a huge deal. The importance parts are great! High quality and all work well. Coming with the thermometer and hanger things was a nice touch.

As a first time deep fryer, this is awesome! Husband opened it up Christmas morning and we used it the same day to fry our turkey. Easy set up. We’ve used all accessories for smaller and larger meals. Food always comes out great.

This is a really great turkey fryer, the quality of materials and construction is great and is complete with everything we need, just add oil and propane! Can't wait to use it.

The burner is excellent. It's simple, yet well made and strong. Assembles easily. Very powerful flame once dialed in (adjustable air intake). The big boiling/frying pot is well made and plenty big for a large turkey or a small shrimp/crawfish boil. The small frying pot is also great and comes with a basket (some simple assembly required). It's a fine setup for turkey frying but versatile enough for use boiling a big batch of potatoes or frying French fries or fish filets or anything else. Great brand, well made product.

Nice size capacity, easy to use and clean. Very sturdy. The fish fryer accessories are really nice too.

Product was just right easy to assemble.

We probably won’t use this until Thanksgiving 2025 but the unit looks great and delivery was prompt. I will try to remember to come back and review it after we have used it.
