Bought the two pack, and had both keys cut and programmed at local ACE Hardware Store. Both worked perfectly.

I ordered 2. I reused the boards from my original fobs as it was the buttons that had failed. I also used the keys themselves by punching out the pin using a finishing Brad, swapping the machined key for the blanks and reinserting the pin.Works fine, lasts a long time.

I was unable to use the key fobs because I could not find a locksmith that could cut them to fit my car ignition. I sent all key fobs back to Amazon and received only a partial refund.

A little tricky getting the small pin out to switch the key part but after I got it all together it paired well with the vehicle and works just fine.

I have put off going to the dealer for a new key fob for a while now because it was going to be $200+. I normally only like name brand things for my vehicle but I gave this a shot. I hate not having the Chevy logo on the back of the key but oh well. I changed out the key to the new fob by taking the pin out. Doing this meant I didn’t have to go and have the new keys cut.To program, insert old key into ignition and turn it one click to make the electrical circuits come on, then turn it off and remove key. Then insert new key and turn just to let the electrical circuits come on. Turn off and remove key. Then I hit the lock and unlock buttons to check and see if they worked. Insert new key again and start vehicle. Should be good to go! No problems so far! Definitely recommend.

I bought this set of key fobs to replace my son's factory fobs. This fog is complete with key/fob. Note: this key fob is NOT programmed. I did the work myself to save that extra expense of having to take it to the dealership and pay to have them program it for me. New key has to be cut as well which is an extra expense. So instead I swapped out the keys to save money on that extra expense. I Transfered the original key to the new fob. Then I programed the fob myself instead of paying the dealership to program it for me. Saved money again. You have to run a 3-10 minute cyle to program/sync. (I used a stop watch to time myself on the cyles). It will take a total of 30 minutes per key fob to program to complete the sync programming. In my personal experience It was very easy to program and swap out the keys. It's been over a month using the new key fobs and NO issues. Works good. Recommend!
