These straps with a hook are a lifesaver when lifting heavy weights. It’s easy to put on, and it straps tightly on. When doing shrugs I don’t feel any pain in my hand area. They are very light and very strong. They don’t look or feel cheaply made. They work as expected in our great value.

Very nice set of wrist hooks. The padding on these is very comfortable and the stitching is heavy duty. The hooks are coated in rubber making them easy on the equipment, very thick coating. The Velcro is heavy duty and should last for a very long time.I’ve owned straps before that were very stiff and uncomfortable. These are not that way. The material is just giving enough to be heavy duty but also soft and easy on the wrists. Time will tell if they hold up but they really look as if they will. Very impressed with the first impressions of these hooks.

Outstanding supportive hanging wrist straps. Used these to do curls with small barbells and the bent steel was fantastic to help hold and support the mini barbells. no real wrist pain like I've had in the past and it made it easier to hold and manipulate the weights. The straps themselves are of a good quality material and they really support your wrist. The steel is also a good thickness and is very supportive. For wrist straps you really can't go wrong with these.

I got these upon the recommendation of my weight lifting coach. I have been progressively increasing my deadlift weight but recently have been limited in how much I can do because I don't have the grip strength to hold such a heavy bar. These are really helpful in taking the strain off of my hands/fingers so I can just focus on my form and use the strength of my larger muscle groups. They might look a little funny but are very functional. They also feel quite durable - the wrist straps are strong with a nice wide velcro and the "hook" grip is very sturdy. I am hoping they will hold up to a lot of use.
