How Works

With the brace placed between the floor and joist, the set-pin is inserted through the brace and into the joist for positioning. The next step re-secures the subfloor to the joist using two power drive screws of different length and diameter. These screws penetrate both the joist and subfloor pulling both tightly together, thus eliminating the root cause of the noise.
