These lighters have become so important to us. They are great for lighting candles, but also for lighting gas stoves, propane and butane torches. They are well built and very ergonomic. They can be used outdoors since they are resistant to wind. Eash to charge with a USB connection and the charge lasts a long time. We have six of them stashed on strategic places where we may need them.

Battery life is amazing cause I’ve used it everyday since Christmas for my candles! Kinda heavy meaning it’s metal feel and not plastic. Easy to use. Works fast. Funny cause I got this got my fiancé and he got me a similar one but it had more of a plastic feel and was pretty light 😂wish I could say it was planned but we were both caught off guard

My grandson figured out how to work a lighter ... scary thing! So we hid all the traditional lighters and saved them for the grill outside and I got one of these to see how well it works on my candles. It's awesome. Rechargeable so I don't have to purchase over and over, has a button that you have to press to turn on BEFORE it will click and start (grandson hasn't figured that out yet), and it's pretty. I don't mind leaving it out and handy.

I was recently gifted a much more expensive Botanica flameless lighter, but I actually prefer the design, look, and usefulness of the Reidea lighter. Great looking, well made metal housing and lights faster and easier than the previously mentioned brand.

Santa put this in my adult daughter's stocking (OK, I helped). She used it for the first time for NYE samores & was so impressed by how easy it was to use & that despite the breezy weather, there were no difficulties with the starter light going out. The fact that it is rechargeable & at a good price are definite plusses. Recommend.

This works amazingly. I've only had it for a couple weeks but 1 charge has lit so many candles. I like the safety feature of retracting the conductor prongs. Lights wicks, paper, and burns skin. This is quicker than a regular lighter so use caution.Down side is the it emits an insanely high pitch noise when in use. My ears are damaged from the military so I can't hear it but everyone in the room screeches when I light things. Definitely done use this if you need covert lighting operations or don't want to tick off people.

Love it! Less plastic waster and rechargeable, slim, looks good! I only use it for candles so I'm not sure how it would perform otherwise. Really good idea!

This was our first time trying arc lighters. They are useful but also pretty cool gadgets. We ordered these because of the flat shape and the color. We are glueing strong magnets to the back to stick them on the side of a white fridge. Nice for power outages but a good alternative to matches, too. No more trays of match sticks and no more match smoke. To light a candle, it does have to be lined up just so. Perhaps in that it is a bit fussier than matches but it's a tradeoff we are happy to make. I have no idea how it works for smoking so can't speak to that. It works great for lighting gas burners and for getting into the candle wicks in jar candles. No more burnt fingertips. Plus, they look very nice. Charge is 30-60 min and they are supposed to do about 60 ignites per charge. We receive them party charged. Charge cord included.

Works well for the price. Family says it makes a high pitched loud sound but I can’t hear it. Sometimes takes a few tries to get it to work but once it does it lights well. Overall I’d recommend it, it’s a cheap lighter and you can recharge it instead of having to buy a new one each time it runs out.

I was a bit skeptical about electric lighters, but the REIDEA Candle Lighter has completely won me over. As a first-time user, I was impressed by how easy it is to use and how reliable it is. The USB rechargeable feature is a huge plus. Definitely a must-have!
