I don't smoke and I don't burn candles at home. However, I use this candle lighter for camping. I can count on this lighter if my matches are ruined or if I run out of them. This little device stays in my canoe pack and has already saved the day on one occasion. Make this part of your emergency gear and keep it charged with your USB-C phone charger. 5 stars!

This rechargeable lighter works as described, it is lightweight and easy to use. I did find the fingerprint pairing seems kind of gimmicky as it would still turn on after multiple times of successful programming. So beware if you have children or leave this around children there's a chance that this lighter will still turn on. So I wouldn't trust the fingerprint reader part. The lighter recharges well and the flame stays lit for 10 seconds and disappears. Even with the quirks of the fingerprint reader I still recommend this product and the fact that I don't have to purchase lighter fluid is an added plus. I think the lifespan was mentioned that this product will support up to 500 charges, that's a lot of uses.

I like the fact it lights candles so easily. It’s cool that it recognizes your fingerprint! Charging: fully charged on arrival. Functionality is very cool and I assume it will be durable as long as you don’t mess around with it for fun.
