This authentic, hand-hammered, Tibetan singing bowl produces a strong vibration and warm tone to help center and enrich your life.
The premise of the singing bowl is to induce Theta brain waves. Theta waves are that in-between state of light sleeping, hypnosis and lucid dreaming, and of course meditation.

I decided to use the ring with the bowl in my hand, with my hand opened, fingers not touching the bowl. To give it some height that may allow me to circle the striker more smoothly. And to my surprise, I was playing that bowl much much better. In fact, the sound got louder and louder as I was circling, like a symphony, and I started feeling a very strong vibration in my hand that flowed up to my forearm. The difference as far as I can see, is acquaintance. Each day brings you closer to the realm of sacred sound.

I bought this for my office, it’s easy to use and calming, the sound is nice! The size is perfect for a desk or small space or just a portable bowl. I thought it was a good value for the price.

This is a great sounding singing bowl. You can tap it or roll the wooden handle around the outside of the bowl for a different sound that's relaxing and calming

I have an 8" crystal singing bowl in my meditation area that I love, but I didn't want to carry it around the house to wherever I was. This 3" bowl is adorable. I just wanted something for my desk area to help me re-align anytime without feeling like I had to leave my desk. It's so cute. I tap it and pray or tap it and breathe deeply or tap it and visualize and I reset quickly. I'm a ThetaHealing Practitioner so I did feel the need to wipe down all 4 parts with a tissue and some water mixed with my favorite essential oil to make it my own. Nicely done, well packed and comes with stuffed cloth doughnut ring for bowl to sit in.Has a very nice clean tone when struck.But is really too small to hit and then run around rim.Just hit and listen to the tone.Also came with a cloth bag to store.
