Love the size and fun colors, but the grit comes off way too quickly. However, the price is good so they can be swapped out every 6 months.

My brother rds like ve them I have had them for almost st 3 1/2 years there still in good shape lost few nobs and stars get old from all washing for finches they love them but t I got get bigger and wider and thicker one because fall off while sleep and break neck ECT die easy clean and a jack bring color wood back out dish rack air dry never sock like me longer live useage

My rats love hanging out on these ledges. As the quality of kaytee lava ledges has gone down, I have replaced my lava ledges with these wooden ledges to help keep the rats' nails trimmed and give them fun spots in the cage to climb and hang out on. The mounting hardware is great quality and the gritty coating has held up to over a year's worth of cleanings and soakings. I may eventually need to replace them in another year or two, but I think that's still a very admirable amount of time for a wooden cage item to hold up to rat mischief.

I got these for my rat cage and was a little worried at first but they are very sturdy and well made. My rats love them and the bright colors look great in the cage.

These work great for my green cheek conures...I like their durability and that they are useful too. They were also affordable...I would recommend them to other bird owners.
