The joke in the building is that my upstairs neighbor is playing Jumanji. She stomps and walks around in heels and doesn't have her place carpeted which is required. I bought this and whenever she goes stomping around like the rude person she is. I turn this on. It's noisy but she stops for a few minutes at least.

Comparable to the same product at double the price + 2 weeks shipping (HK), this completes the job perfectly. Neighbors have been a nuance for 6 weeks - I wish I got this 5 weeks ago.Good condition, works perfect
