Did not work for my intended purpose. The sticky backing is very strong & you cannot peel it up so be sure it's where you want it before you press it down. The foam is thinner than I thought and will tear easily

After trimming one side, this silicone mat fit nicely into the cooking tray of my 20 year old Sun Oven. Now my cookware is not going to slip and slide around as I keep the unit pointed at the sun while cooking.

I don't know what this was made of, but it certainly wasn't mostly silicone. In use as a gasket for hardware attached to a truck door it compressed and stretched unevenly. Had a backing (not adhesive) which seems to serve no purpose but to waste plastic.Thickness was as expected.Overall I wasn't pleased with it, and although I have tons of leftover, I certainly would not buy this product again.

This is great for making custom-size gaskets.You can cut this to whatever size and shape you need when you need a one-off sized gasket for custom fabrication work and it's great to have in the shop as a backup if need a gasket to finish a job and don't have the time to order and wait for the gasket to arrive.
