In the last 8 years I have to replace the pump at least once if not twice every year. I just found out that they have a 2 year warranty on them so will be making a claim if this one does not last. I have tried to find different pumps that I can try but there none that I can find except the more expensive Franklin model and they are the mfg. of red lion.I checked through everything else in our pump out system to see if there was another issue, I changed the float and back flow preventer and nothing really changed.

Had a little hard time keeping this pump primed. Losses it prime once in a while. Works well when pumping effluent.

It did not work on arrival. Cost more to send it back than repairing it. The motor had to be re-wound. The product is in Barbados
