We have updated the labels to meet labelling regulatory requirements. Meaning we have omitted some labelling elements that are not mandatory and added others that are. We still use the same quality ingredients in the same high concentrations! Artimud is intended for use in gaps in hooves that may otherwise be prone to microbial invasion. It is designed to produce an environment that bacteria and fungus cannot grow in and to promote growth of healthy tissue. Its thick, clay consistency allows it to stick in shallow cracks. It is ideal for use under pads stick on shoes. Contains: clay, zinc, eucalyptus oil and honey.

I highly recommend this product. A long time battle I g hoof issues and the elements. This stuff stays in place! One of my geldings does this “awesome” thing where… even though he has lots of acreage and I regularly vacuum pastures with a tow and collect pasture vacuum, he still will somehow find a fresh poop and stamp his feet in it. Why?!?!???!? Anyways, when I pick up his feet now, the manure brushes right off easily only to reveal clean, hard, and actually quite pleasant smelling hoof tissue beneath! :D it’s awesome!!! I’ll never be without it!

This product is a clay type thats actually super easy to apply. It sits well in whatever hole you need to fill in your horses feet. It has helped with transitioning my horse to barefoot. It has a lovely smell as well! I do find my horses feet have to be bone dry for it actually stick or else it just falls out. Will continue using it though.

We had super frequent rain this summer and we all know that means the threat of thrush. I regularly use the Sole Cleanse by red horse, which is amazing, but my ferrier felt his feet needed the extra support of Artimud. Let me tell you, this stuff is incredible!!! It’s antibacterial and seals those entry points that welcome bacteria/thrush.It’s very thick and just enough sticky that an application can last a couple days. Just say my ferrier and she was so pleased to see the huge improvement.Highly recommended!

I’m a farrier in northern CA and this is by far my favorite thrush treatment/preventative. It’s easy to use, and not harmful if I get it on my hands. I prefer it to liquid or powder treatments because it creates a lasting barrier between your horses frog/comminuted and the crud you’re trying to keep out of the hoof.

Great product to treat thrush. However the display picture for the add shows 2 containers, a small one and a bigger one, I expected to receive 2 containers of the Artimud but I only received the bigger one. I felt it was false advertisement. Even though the product is awesome, the pictures are deceiving. Just be aware that you will only receive one container, not 2. I see now that the add is for "Artimud Hoof Clay 500 ml" but why are there 2 pictures? A 500 ml container and a smaller one? Read the description of the product to make sure your expectations are met and you are not disappointed as I was.
